We have three distinct outdoor ceremony sites on the property: Under the Oaks, Under the Lights, and The Cedar Doors. Each has its own character and atmosphere. All three sites are included with every wedding package.

What is the difference between the three ceremony sites?

Under the Oaks is our most iconic site, set beneath statuesque live oaks draped with natural canopy. Under the Lights features string lights and a more romantic, evening-ready atmosphere. The Cedar Doors is a more structured setting with handcrafted cedar doors as a dramatic backdrop. Your coordinator can walk you through each during your tour.

Are the ceremony sites outdoors or indoors?

All three ceremony sites are primarily outdoor settings, designed to showcase the natural beauty of the property. The Dorcas Ann Reception Hall is available for indoor ceremonies as well. We can discuss which option best fits your vision and guest count.

Can we hold both the ceremony and reception at Hidden Creek?

Yes. All of our wedding packages include access to the ceremony sites and the Dorcas Ann Reception Hall. The full property is yours for your event window, so your guests never have to travel between locations.

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

We have contingency plans in place for inclement weather. The Dorcas Ann Reception Hall can serve as an indoor ceremony space, and our team will work with you in advance to have a backup plan ready so the day flows without disruption.

What is the difference between a micro wedding and a full wedding at Hidden Creek?

A Micro Wedding accommodates 2 to 40 guests and is a streamlined, intimate ceremony experience with a 2.5-hour venue window. A Facility Rental is a venue rental that opens the entire property. You bring your own vendors and manage your own planning, with the venue comfortably accommodating up to 150 guests.

Do you offer all-inclusive wedding packages in Central Texas?

Yes. Our All-Inclusive package covers catering, photography, DJ, florals, cake, bar service, and day-of coordination. It is designed for couples who want a full wedding experience without managing multiple vendors. Hidden Creek handles everything.

Can we bring our own officiant?

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own officiant for any of our ceremony packages. If you need a recommendation, our coordinator can connect you with officiants who have worked at the venue before.

We are located at 7491 Sparta Rd, Belton, TX 76513. We are 10 minutes from Temple, 35 minutes from Georgetown, 45 minutes from Waco, and 1 hour from Austin.
