What is included in the All-Inclusive package?
Our All-Inclusive package covers the venue rental, catering, wedding cake, florals, photography, DJ, and a dedicated day-of coordinator. You arrive, you celebrate, and we handle the rest. A full itemized list is available during your tour.
How many guests can the All-Inclusive package accommodate?
Our All-Inclusive package comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests. The Dorcas Ann Reception Hall and outdoor spaces are designed to scale beautifully from intimate gatherings to full celebrations.
Can we customize the All-Inclusive package?
Yes. While the package is designed to be complete as-is, we work with each couple to adjust menu selections, floral style, and other details to match your vision. Your coordinator will walk you through all customization options during the planning process.
Do we need to hire our own vendors?
No. The All-Inclusive package includes every major vendor you need for your wedding day. Our preferred vendor team has all worked at Hidden Creek before and knows the property well. You are welcome to bring your own officiant.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 12 to 18 months in advance, especially for spring and fall dates which fill quickly. Summer and winter dates are sometimes available on shorter notice. A non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to hold your date.
What is the payment and cancellation policy?
A non-refundable retainer is due at signing to hold your date, with the remaining balance due 60 days before the wedding. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is outlined in full in your venue contract. We are happy to walk you through it during your tour.

We are located at 7491 Sparta Rd, Belton, TX 76513. We are 10 minutes from Temple, 35 minutes from Georgetown, 45 minutes from Waco, and 1 hour from Austin.
