The Facility Rental rental gives you exclusive access to Hidden Creek at StoneHaus: the ceremony sites, the reception hall, the suites, and the grounds. Bring in the vendors you have chosen to tell your story.

This is not a step up from our All-Inclusive package in terms of size or prestige. It is a different model entirely: you direct your own team, manage your own vendors, and shape every element of the day according to your own taste and budget.

Hidden Creek provides the property, the infrastructure, and an on-site venue manager. Everything else is yours to design.

  • Monday - Thursday Only

Package One: The Half Day

  • $2,000
A 6-hour rental available weekdays only. Additional hours are available for purchase. Ideal for couples who want the beauty of the venue on a focused, intimate schedule.
  • Friday, Saturday, or Sunday

Package Two: The Single Day

  • Friday $3,300 | Saturday $4,200 | Sunday $3,300
10am to 11pm access. Full access to the property and all grounds for your celebration.
  • Friday Check-In to Saturday Check-Out

Package Three: The Day and a Half

  • $5,400
Friday check-in at 1pm through Saturday at 11pm. Set-up hours Friday 1pm to 7pm. Rooms available to rent for up to 6 guests. This package guarantees your rehearsal will be the night before your wedding.

While you are free to bring any licensed and insured vendor you choose, our Preferred Vendors list is a curated collection of photographers, caterers, florists, DJs, and coordinators who know Hidden Creek intimately. They have worked on this property, understand its light and its layout, and consistently deliver exceptional results for our couples.

Hiring from our preferred list is not required. Couples who do consistently tell us it made the entire planning process smoother and the day itself more seamless.
